Frank Thomas is a retired Major League Baseball player. He played most of his career with the Chicago White Sox of the American League. A first baseman, he was known for his slugging and garnered the nickname, “The Big Hurt.” Thomas was a 5 time All-Star and won the Most Valuable Player for the American League twice.
