Cath is currently a Director of the IFS Board, having previously served as the Chair from July to December Before joining the board, Cath was the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at IFS from December until June Her experience spans senior roles in both the superannuation industry and the union movement.
Cath was the Chief Executive of the Australian Government Employees Superannuation Trust (AGEST Super) from to , before it merged with AustralianSuper. She also served as a Senior Industrial Officer at the ACTU and Assistant State Secretary for the National Tertiary Education Union (NTEU).
